Who can be listed
- Customs brokers licensed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection
- Attorneys admitted to practice and in good standing, and their law firms
Firms apply and agree to our listing terms before they appear. We check the license or bar number each firm gives us against public sources where available. We do not list firms without their agreement.
What a listing is, and is not
- A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. We do not rate, rank, or review firms.
- We do not verify any firm's results, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
- Importers choose who to contact, and contact firms directly.
How listings are ordered
Listings are grouped by the kind of work a firm handles and ordered alphabetically. They are never ordered by who pays.
What is paid
- Importers never pay us.
- A basic listing is free.
- If we offer an optional paid listing, such as a longer profile, it will be a flat fee for a fixed period, the same for every firm, and labeled "Sponsored" wherever it appears.
- No firm pays us per referral, per lead, per client, or a share of any fee or refund, and we do not pay firms for referrals.
Disclosures
If a listed firm has any business relationship with us or our owners beyond its listing, we disclose that relationship on the firm's listing.
Your information
We do not send an importer's information to any listed firm unless the importer asks us to. See our Privacy Policy.
