Clients can also start a free refund review. Importers never pay us. We explain general options and email them a list of licensed customs brokers and attorneys. We do not file anything with CBP.
For licensed customs brokers and trade attorneys
We are building a directory of licensed professionals who handle IEEPA refund work: CAPE filings, protests, excluded entry types, Court of International Trade litigation, and contract claims for businesses that were not the importer.
- Listing is open to licensed customs brokers and attorneys in good standing.
- A basic listing is free. Any paid listing option will be flat-fee and clearly labeled.
- We do not charge or pay per referral, per client, or a share of any fee or refund.
- Importers choose who to contact. We do not recommend or rank firms.
