Who we are
TariffClarity is a trade name of EasyOIC, LLC, a California limited liability company, based at 21550 Oxnard St, 3rd Floor, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.
We started TariffClarity for a simple reason. After the Supreme Court struck down the IEEPA tariffs in February 2026, billions of dollars in refunds began flowing, but not every claim went through. Importers with denied, reduced, or excluded claims were left sorting through rejection messages, entry reports, and conflicting advice.
Our job is to make that clear: what happened, why, and who can fix it.
What we believe
- Plain answers. If your claim does not have a realistic path, we say so.
- No pressure. The review is free and you decide every next step.
- The right professional for the job. Some problems you can fix yourself. Some need a licensed customs broker. Some need an attorney. We tell you which.
- Your data stays yours. We never ask for your ACE login or banking details, and we do not sell your information.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and not a licensed customs broker. We do not give legal advice, file documents with CBP, or represent anyone in court. We are not affiliated with CBP or any government agency.
